Packing Services

Foxxsta constantly seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We use Australia Post and Sendle to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers, or substitute freight providers, from time to time without providing further notice.

We are not responsible for Australia Post/Sendle services. They may extend their usual delivery time, damage the parcel, or lose it. Please refer your case to Australia Post/Sendle if you have these problems.

 

We send our items by regular post for free providing you with a tracking number within 24 hours of payment being cleared in our account. Certain small items will have no tracking number to keep costs low.

We only ship to the confirmed address provided to us by you. Before you pay, please make sure your address matches the address you would like us to ship to. If not, please let us know before we send the package or we will not be responsible for any loss.

 

Please allow seven to 14 business days for your order to arrive. We strive to pick, pack and send all orders out in 1-2 business days, however we cannot control the speed of delivery by the courier services. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time.

If you have placed an order and realised you have entered the wrong address, please email us at amanda@foxxsta.com immediately to correct your mistake. If the order has already been sent, you will need to contact the courier to redirect. 

How We Do It

Due to the COVID-19 lockdowns in Sydney, Australia Post is experiencing enormous delays with delivering parcels nationwide. 

These delays are affecting all customers across Australia, and unfortunately Foxxsta customers are also experiencing lengthy delays.

We sincerely apologise for this, however once we dispatch orders (within 48 hours from invoice) we are in the hands of Australia Post to complete delivery. 

We sincerely hope Australia Post will be able to resolve their issues and provide speedy delivery as soon as possible.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you change your mind after your purchase, we allow a 14-day Return policy, to be provided in the form of a store credit to the value of your order.

 

Foxxsta must be notified of a Return and have authorised the Return, for a Return to be deemed valid. Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer. All Return items must be in their original packaging, un-opened, without damage, and therefore in a condition to be re-sold. Any Return that deviates from this definition will not warrant a store credit.

Maybe you changed your mind

 Foxxsta is happy to accept returns 30 days from invoice. Please make sure that to qualify for a return, you tick off the following steps:

1. Contact Foxxsta at amanda@foxxsta.com notifying your intention to return your item or your order.

2. Confirm that the item is unopened, not damaged, and therefore in a saleable condition.

3. Once Foxxsta confirms your return, please send it back to us (Please note: shipping is at the customers expense).

4. Make sure to send us a tracking number, we cannot assist with untracked returns that go missing.

5. When we receive the item/order back and confirm its condition, we will provide you a refund or store credit to the value of the items returned.
